GNU License, so not allowed in WP7 app store?

Silverlight SharpZipLib is under the GNU license, which license is prohibited by the Windows Phone app store license agreement.  Is there any way around this?

I like to refer to this license question:

and then the answer given by Sky at Sep 30 2010 at 10:08 PM. The license is GNU with an exception. This exception simply says that you can use the library even in closed source commercial applications as long as you use the .dll and not the source. As soon as you use the source or modify the source you application directly falls under the GNU license (and you may say if you keep the exception or not). But if you only use the library dll without modification your application can have any license you want.
